Member Organization
skillsbelgium aims to promote and develop the manual, technical and technological professions especially through the national skills competition “Startech’s Days”, by selecting the Belgian Team for WorldSkills and EuroSkills, but also with an advocacy and advertising policy for technical, technological and manual jobs. skillsbelgium accounts numerous participations to international skills competitions (8 WorldSkills and 4 EuroSkills) since its come back in the WorldSkills family in 1999. Indeed, Belgium participated between 1955 and 1973 and organized the “International Apprentice competition” in 1958 and 1969 in Brussels before EuroSkills Spa‐Francorchamps in 2012.
