How did you get interested in your skill?
Because my father is also a bricklayer and I enjoy bricklaying process very much.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
It is Changsha Building Engineering School.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
It is by my employer.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
My parents and bricklaying coach.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
It is solid bricklaying foundation and good psychological quality.

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
Such moment is while I stand at the podium of National Competition and WorldSkills Oceania 2015.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
It is to keep clear mind and way of thinking, work with tension and orderly.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
Yes, it did. The competition let me understand bricklaying again, which with so many figures.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
I am a bricklayer now. I work in China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Corporation Limited.

What are your future career aspirations?
It is to become a good bricklayer or bricklaying coach training more excellent competitor for WorldSkills Competition.
