How did you get interested in your skill?
I was undergoing practical training at the factory involved with electronic technologies and got interested in this skill/professional activity.Iwas interested in acquiring new information to make my performance higher.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
At Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radloelectronics and at my workplace sharing the experience of my colleagues.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
Being involved in the practical training Igot the invitation to take part in WorldSkills Belarus
2014

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
It was my choice. Iwas interested in IT. Having taken first place at the Competition I
decided to try to pursue this skill as a possible career.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
WorldSkills Belarus 2014, practical training at WorldSkills Competition Turku (Finland), WorldSkills Russia 2015 in Kazan

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
I won our national WorldSkills competition in 2014. And I can't but mention the practical training during WorldSkills Competition Turku (Finland) as the opportunity to obtain international experience in the skill

WorldSkills Belarus 2014, practical training at WorldSkills Competition Turku (Finland), WorldSkills Russia 2015 in Kazan.WorldSkills Belarus 2014 was the first time for our country to organize WorldSkills competition.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in
your skill? Please describe.
Of course it helped. I have learnt a lot of new information in order to enrich my knowledge and sharpen my skills to master my skill performance.
