How did you get interested in your skill?
That my skill is very varied. There are all the activities available that I knew otherwise.
Milling, turning, programming and wiring.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
We train at our company with the robot.

What is your experience in participating with your Member organization?
Very good. If we have any questions they always answered them very fast and we
already made Brazilian music together with all the participants from Germany.

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
With all the participants from Germany we played a samba piece.

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress
in your skill? Please describe.
We have a very strong support in our company. We have to build an entire robot and
have to fulfill many other tasks. It must be constructed to pick up a lot of parts, milling,
rotating, creating boards etc.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
I work for Elster Kromschröder GmbH. Elster Kromschröder GmbH is one of the leading
manufacturers of cutting-edge products and system solutions for safeguarding,
measuring and controlling gases. With domestic and commercial gas meters, als well as
safety valves and control components for heating equipment and for industrial use, the
company offers a wide range of services, supported by a global sales and service
organisation.

What are your future career aspirations?
Complete my training as a mechatronics engineer in winter 2016. My next goal will then
be participating in a training for certified engineer for automation technology
