How did you get interested in your skill?
I have been interested in my job since I learned to walk, it has always been a natural thing for me to cook. It has been a big part of my family’s every day life to cook, I have never honoured a doubt about my job

Where did you do your training for your skill?
I have trained in a Danish cooking school called Silkeborg teknisk skole

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
That’s about 2 years ago.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
The school I came from and my family. they have always been there with advice and help

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
The greatest experience has been a trip to northern Norway with my coach.for a small competition.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
It is a large competition, which is very time consuming. there are also many rules you have to understand.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
I work in Denmark in a gourmet restaurant in Vordingborg called Babette

What are your future career aspirations?
The goal is to get my own restaurant in Denmark
