How did you get interested in your skill?
- I got interested in my skills, because it is always tempted to me.

Where did you do your training for your skill?
- I training my skill at Yunlin-Chiayi-Tainan Regional Branch, Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor.

How did you first find out about your Member organization and its programs?
- I found that through my coach and my teacher, I think this is road of my life.

Who influenced you to pursue your skill as a career?
- About my upperclassman,There are Industrial_WSC2009_YI-HENG WANG
- Industrial Control_WSC2011_HSUAN-YANG HSU , Industrial_WSC2013_ CHIH-YUAN TUNG

Describe your most memorable moment so far with WorldSkills?
- Attitude is everything.
- There’s lots of ups and downs, but I believe that I can surmount them all!
- More defeat more growth.

Describe what your experience has been since your involvement with WorldSkills
- It pays to work hard because nothing comes easy. Behind every success are endless hours of plain hard work.
- Improvement and then Improvement.
- A practice and then practice. Practice or die!!!!

Did participating in the skills competitions and training for WorldSkills help you progress in your skill? Please describe.
- It allowed me to learn a lot of skill of edit program in PLC, of course include HMI and Inverter control. If in factory, these will be important skill, it will impact on your wages.

What do you currently do? Where do you work?
- Now I'm competitor of Worldskills competition, after Worldskills competition I will be the student of ‘National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences’.

What are your future career aspirations?
- My future career is Join to Siemens Automation Company.
